A hopefully reasonable, literate and charitable place for Catholic musicians and others involved in the Church's liturgical practices to exchange and share personal perspectives of liturgical philosophy, law, and performance. And the occasional left turn might pop up in the headlights.

The A Team
This is a list of hymns and songs culled from a spreadsheet I made years ago from OCP. This is in response to a Chant Cafe post by Kathleen Pluth regarding what we think are "songs that everyone knows" or "should know" in the average American/Anglophone parish.

To believe happens in your (Heart)or your spirit. To Confess means to agree with. Agree with what? What the Instructions say to do to be Saved. Faith can only work where the WILL of God is known. Faith is agreeing with God or confessing. it's very simple. the written history of man being reconciled back to God was a total failure from Adam to Jesus's death. how became our substitute. see 2nd.Corth.5:21;(The Great Exchange)Believe and Confess and you will be Saved. NOTHING you can do;( Works ) can save you . ONLY Jesus is our Propitiation; Meaning- total appeasement. Baptism is something you do after Believing and confessing. being saved has to involve your understanding. Water can not save anyone. Baptize means (to become ONE with.) Put this in your scripture references and it will be correct. Love in Jesus - Dick.
